IT equipment is very dated and often difficult to read/use due to the small screen sizes. This was particularly prevalent during the tutor demo sessions. Tutor demo sessions would be better on a large projected screen at the front or an additional monitor rather than taking over the students main screen. This would be beneficial so that the student could follow along with the presentation with their own IT for better understanding.

Excellent facilities.

Laptops could do with updating. Good course overall.

Attended previous courses at technique and always find it to be very good for training.

Tim was a brilliant tutor. I came along on Monday with very little knowledge and wouldn't have passed without his expertise. He goes above and beyond to ensure you have all the knowledge to leave feeling confident.

Tutor was very good, and very helpful. The course was very thorough and helped me gain a good understanding about F-gas and how refrigeration works in general.

Excellent course , Tim was superb, he explained all of the aspects of the subject in as many different ways as necessary for all of the pupils to be able to fully understand the subject matter. I will definitely recommend.

Exam on course theory had some questions worded in a confusing way and even though they were covered by the course answers were not clear. As well after exam it would be beneficial if feedback from exam involves discussion on exam that presents correct answers.

Simons really knowledgeable and presented the course very well. Very enjoyable..
