Think possibly another day or half day. But overall the course and instruction was great ad always
having to wait 2 months to get in for practical is too long. Also was really annoyed that today, having 2 exams in classroom overlooking Warehouse which has been fairly quiet all week, then exam day we get constant noise from Radio, Cutting, Saw Banging Etc I know your setting up the new premises but I found it very hard to concentrate on these exams. luckily the City & Guilds computer based exam was in another class room.
laptop blue screened 4 times wiping my programs this was very stressful.
I found the course very informative, straight forward to navigate the sections/modules and the way the information was delivered helped me absorb the course work information.
I needed an extra workshop day to get me confident but I'm a multi skilled maintenance engineer not an installation or domestic sparky doing it for a job. If the Technique lads can get me through the course then something is right. If I was to make any constructive criticism it would be to improve the training and testing rigs, they are a bit worse for wear. But that said, I passed 😃
John is an excellent tutor and delivered a course that i found interesting and useful. I will hopefully now be able to use this qualification to carry out Inspections in my workplace.
The course was good but quite intense in terms of information to take in, a pre course introduction/mini assessment may be beneficial e.g. some maths refresher & Ohms law questions. The fact that lunch & refreshments were included & all documentation was supplied puts Technique Training Solutions ahead of other providers who offer similar training, the little things make a difference & the tutors personal touch made the course more enjoyable.
A fantastic organisation! Great from beginning to end of the course. The team are really informed and go the extra mile at every stage. The course it’s compact, easy to understand, very fast and reliable with the certificate. I enjoyed learning. I came across very useful and constructive information through this course.I would suggest this course to anyone who wants to put steps into air conditioning and refrigeration. I would recommend them unreservedly. P.S.: thank you Tim for your hard work!
