Course was very informative, lots of information picked up and will be useful in my job, I need to arrange to attend the full 10 day course at a future date as require fault finding skills with siemens PLC.

Course a bit tricky for true beginners but supportive staff made it easier. If we had a full class the support would have been stretched for someone with limited knowledge such as myself. Laptops slow and outdated but ok enough to complete course.
i did like the course but wish i had studied about subject before i came .this would of helped instructor was great
I would require more basic level of knowledge from tutor at the start of the course. the course seemed to skip around and miss the basic bit of knowledge to be able to understand the subject. Also to many students in one class, would have been better if one tutor for siemens another for allen bradley.
The course itself is good and does focus on building your understanding of why and how to test so gives a good chance of passing the written component of the exam. However if with quite limited opportunities to practice the practical aspects, for anyone re-entering the industry; or new to it. The current lack of suitably timed practical assessment slots greatly reduces the chance of passing as there is more time to forget.
The tutor Wendy explained everything in such a way that even the students who didn’t have a great deal of experience were able to achieve success but did this without losing the interest of the more knowledgeable students, a very good effort from her to ensure everyone passed
Andy is absolutely fantastic. Great guy Great knowledge Shame the course is being being miss sold. I have been told this course will not suffice to join competent person scheme as advertised I will be making an issue of this
