Paul was very patient and helped me understand excel better. Paul has showed me how to understand formulas I have never understood them before. Overall I will be taking a lot of knowledge from the training day and would like to thank Paul for all his efforts and patience. Looking forward to the intermediate training day with him. Really great course, Paul is great and taught me a lot of things I didn't already know which will now be very useful for me now when using spreadsheets/working on reports at work. I will now be able to complete excel tasks a lot faster due to this new knowledge and shortcuts.

There were quite a few sections that I found something useful in. I shall be putting some of these into action. Shelley was lovely and approachable and took time explaining things where needed.

Very good for people with a basic understanding of excel. I would recommend a higher level for people who already have a lot of experience in excel
