Its consistently clear, knowledgeable and approachable trainers are the strongest theme in attendees’ feedback. They explain complex material step by step, answer questions patiently and use humour, discussion and real-life examples to keep learning engaging and accessible. Attendees say the training refreshes knowledge, builds confidence for assessments and provides practical understanding they can apply in their roles. A small recurring theme is that some presentation slides and graphics need updating.

Simon made the course very easy to understand with his knowledge of traffic management and any questions that were asked he answered and gave extra information as to why
The tutor that took the course gave me enough information to help and everything was clear and if I didn't understand anything you could ask.
Excellent course, well paced and Simon was engaging and knowledgeable.
