Excellent trainer informative and kept the course flowing with easily digested information, also short regular breaks to avoid fatigue which is a common issue for me with classroom based learning, also an off subject thing excellent to have comfier chairs with padding not just hard plastic in training room this is often neglected with a lot of training centres but improves the experience.
Alan was really good, made me fully aware with somethings I was unsure about when needed, absolute great trainer enjoyed it thoroughly
Mark helped me understand all the questions as he went through every step in detail
