Nothing to fault, well delivered and informative
Instructor came across very clearly and in a way everyone could understand
very good course if you do high speed day to day ,if not could do with pr revision on material involved so you get understanding prior ,this course has a lot to take in and remember for the test at the end

Even though I was refreshing my ticket, I still learned a couple of things. I thought the instructor was eloquent and succinct. A possible suggestion would be to separate trainees and refreshers into different courses, potentially allowing for more in-depth discussion on certain areas with refreshers, and likewise for trainees as it would allow more time to discuss things they're unsure of.
