Richard was a great trainer. He made me feel at ease and broke it all down for me if i didnt understand and i managed to achieve my T1/T2 from it so, thank you rich! Ive learnt alot!

Richard was excellent in explaining everything and teaching me everything I was required to learn. He made it an enjoyable experience and had me laughing my head off at certain points. Richard is a credit to the company and very good at what he does. Thank you
