Its consistently clear, knowledgeable and approachable trainers are the strongest theme in attendees’ feedback. They explain complex material step by step, answer questions patiently and use humour, discussion and real-life examples to keep learning engaging and accessible. Attendees say the training refreshes knowledge, builds confidence for assessments and provides practical understanding they can apply in their roles. A small recurring theme is that some presentation slides and graphics need updating.

First class service as always at UTS
Alan Buzzard was absolutely amazing today, everything clearly explained, answered all questions & made the assessment process very comfortable. A credit to Up To Speed.
Very happy with my experience at UTS and all the assessors I’ve had training me. Would definitely use them again
