Great tmf course Explained very well Was a lot better than I was expecting and was put so simple I would definitely recommend!!!!

Very good trainer made everything make sense in a very understandable way. Nice 5 minute break on a regular basis to get fresh air and have that 5 minute rest bite helps alot.
