Top bloke. Very well prepared & great presentation
Had a great trainer makes it easy to understand what we are doing it and makes it relivent to our jobs roles.have a laugh along they way. Very interesting and have learnt alot.
Lots of paper work to fill out explained the process very well. Broke the course down into manageable pieces so not sat writting constantly.matt was very helpfull

The coarse was abit confusing at times but the trainer was excellent in explaining everything to understanding it better
Enjoyable course .... could do with more time on the test but course work has covered the subject being taught
