The trainer deserves a pay rise, very professional and approachable

The balance of constructive criticism too praise was noticeable, if something wrong was done, we was asked why we think it could be wrong, aswell as a potential solution to fix said problem. His instructions were detailed, thorougher and explained. He also made sure to make sure everyone understood what to do and more importantly why it’s done.
