The trainer, Ryan, was fantastic. Really approachable and patient even when it took me a while to grasp things. Felt really engaged throughout both days and he was clear in his explanation of the content and layout of the course. Some of the course materials could do with updating as they are now obsolete but Ryan made sure to highlight where this was the case so that we understood the updates.
Alan was a very nice guy, respectful and very well spoken about the course and with the questions to the course and helping out on what we need too learn on the road side!
Chris was great, this was my 1st traffic management course and he explained everything really well.
