My course trainer was great and so was his material, though he didn't realise I would be new so had some missing material but still filled me in on what he forgot. Overall a very good trainer

An excellent course and trainer. Richard was the perfect combination of light hearted but thorough. It's hard to find any negatives, only that it would be really useful if learners had access to a fridge and microwave so they could bring their own lunch in.
