Its consistently clear, knowledgeable and approachable trainers are the strongest theme in attendees’ feedback. They explain complex material step by step, answer questions patiently and use humour, discussion and real-life examples to keep learning engaging and accessible. Attendees say the training refreshes knowledge, builds confidence for assessments and provides practical understanding they can apply in their roles. A small recurring theme is that some presentation slides and graphics need updating.

Rich has once again delivered a course well, excellent explanations and very clear instructions
Very good experience. I know all trainers teach in a different way but Richard has been by far the most understanding and efficient trainer I’ve met.
