The trainer was very knowledgeable and excellent at communicating key concepts in an easy to understand manner. I found the advanced instructions about joining the course and setting up for the exam difficult to understand.

Roy was very good at keeping everybody engaged in the training. I learned a lot and had fun while doing so. He has some great experiences and got everybody feeling comfortable.
