Mike Evans was a great trainer, he gave everyone a chance to speak, went in depth on conflict resolution and also had a laugh. I have learnt a great deal on how to cope in situations and what to look out for to manage conflicts when out and around at work.
Again Richard leading the way in presenting the course, very thorough in regards to the material and a top bloke.
