Brilliant trainer and very knowledgeable.
Alan was great with the training, explained information clearly, spending time where needed and made me feel confident to undertake the tests, he was also knowledgeable answering questions not directly related to the training slides which i believe was beneficial for all. Lantra slides weren't great with multiple mistakes throughout but Alan made sure we all understood what was being portrayed to bridge that training gap.
Really good course,filled in the gaps,that i didn’t know or forgot.
Nice and easy to understand and great trainer.
Richard is a fantastic trainer, it was explained in detail and if anything was misunderstood, he would explain in length until it was understood.
