Alan was great with the training, explained information clearly, spending time where needed and made me feel confident to undertake the tests, he was also knowledgeable answering questions not directly related to the training slides which i believe was beneficial for all. Lantra slides weren't great with multiple mistakes throughout but Alan made sure we all understood what was being portrayed to bridge that training gap.
