Great interaction with us wonderfully explained great experience would definitely recommend
Richard was fantastic, make the course really interesting and added some fun to it. He was very thorough in explaining the techniques and making sure everyone felt confident in being able to be a first aider. I would highly recommend this course as it is essential for everyday scenarios where first aid is required.
Great course - this is my 3rd time with Alba. I would love a more extensive course. I think we should have a general detailed first aid course irrespective if its workplace or not.
Found Richard made it easy to get into it by making it an interactive experience. Learned a lot and feel that I would know what to do in an emergency
Richard was very competent, also very knowledgeable. Made everyone feel at ease, if he didn't know the answer he found out for us! Great instructor!
Richard made the class very enjoyable. Am glad he was taking the course. He is very talented and good with making people feel comfortable
