Excellent course, great instructor

Richard explained had excellent knowledge and explained in great detail. Having previously done first aid courses, it was interesting to learn the things which have changed since my previous course.

Excellent course, very in depth yet straight forward and full of first aid information relevant to both my job and useful to me in all life circumstances. Fantastic instructor who was full of knowledge, enthusiasm and great at engaging everyone in the room.

This was a great introductory course, everything was explained very well and easy to follow. Very good practical exercises but watching the real life experiences (videos) really shows the true extent of situations first aiders and paramedics have to deal with
