Richard is amazing. Made the course so understandable and enjoyable over all. Felt at ease throughout the full process and I am now confident with the knowledge I have gained.
The course was a good mix of practical and watching and listening with a humour thrown in
Great, mixture of knowledge, presentation, practical and video. Richard was also great fun. Exceeding my expectations.
Well presented course from two very knowledgeable tutors. I enjoyed the exercises and they were well timed within the coursework. The tutors shared personal experiences which added to the training. The videos were thought provoking and educational. Good venue with nice lunch and tea/coffee biscuits provided. No negative findings from the course.
Keith was very efficient and could tell he had a passion for first aid and helping others. Great good and would highly recommend.
Course very enjoyable and teaches useful skills and knowledge. Keith knew his subject well. Clear delivery of content and knowledge in subject. Gives enough practical experience and theory in his delivery.
Very well run course, Keith was very good at presenting it.
Good informative course with knowledgeable trainer as always. Any questions that were raised were answered without hesitation.
