A very good structured course delivered at a good pace by very knowledgeable people. Lots of time set aside for practice and confirmation set at the right level for all attendees.

Stefan very knowledgeable in all aspects first . Put everyone at ease and having everyone doing things in a group was far better than individually, you didn't feel as everyone was judging you . Well done Stefan first class thoroughly enjoyed it 👏

Really great course. Stefan presented really well and made it a relaxed atmosphere. Having everyone working at once rather than all eyes on you was so much more effective for trainee involvement and you didn’t feel as tense. Thoroughly enjoyed my two day refresher
