Course was very good, Richard made the course very interesting engaging, and passed the time well with humour. Always willing to answer questions. Some of tricker scenarios could have been answered in more detail, for example there was a question of the validity of car insurance when driving a work colleague to the ER. These kindas of questions can be tricky however. Sandwiches were also delicious.

Richards presentation techniques was making something interesting to the student by adding a little humour at times which engaged myself more. Venue a little cramped at times for practice parts vs number participants. Overall very good content and course

Overall I felt Richard kept us engaged throughout the three day course, there was a good balance of practical work and listening to keep us interested
