Great course, made to feel comfortable and instructor was excellent

Very knowledgeable on subject , invited lots of questions . Keith put the group of strangers at ease with each other very quickly . Took time to answer questions and make sure answers given very easily to understand .

Fantastic session - I learnt a lot of factual information and practical skills about First Aid that I didn’t know. I enjoyed the opportunity to get more hands on experience giving CPR and felt very supported. Keith clearly knew exactly what he was talking about and shared some great stories/examples. Thank you!

Keith and Richard were excellent , everything was made easy to understand and their deliveries were excellent.

Great course, felt comfortable speaking to both instructors and fellow classmates. There is a lot of information to take on but the course was spread out well over the three days.

Kieth and Richard very knowledgeable and were able to explain course content very clearly. Enjoyed it a lot.
