Course was well paced and contained plenty of practical scenario-based exercises which were beneficial

Covered everything necessary in a sensible time frame, well presented and kept us all engaged throughout

Richard is full of knowledge and a great instructor overall. Explains everything in great detail and knows how to have a laugh at the same time, serious when he needs to be but knows a few good jokes 🤣
