I had a wonderful experience learning from Catherine. Her course was delivered with such warmth, clarity, and genuine care that it made understanding MBSR feel both accessible and enjoyable. Catherine has a very calming and supportive teaching style, which created a safe space to explore mindfulness and build a regular practice. The way she explains concepts is simple yet meaningful, making it easy to apply them in everyday life. The guided meditations were especially helpful- they allowed me to truly experience the practice rather than just learn about it. I now feel much more confident in my understanding of MBSR and motivated to continue practicing. The retreat day at the end of the course was especially valuable- a real, immersive practice that helped deepen my experience of mindfulness in a very meaningful way. I’m very grateful for the experience and would highly recommend Catherine’s course to anyone looking to start or deepen their mindfulness journey.

Teacher was lovely and the course was great. The one hour went extremely fast. I left the course feeling relaxed and peaceful. I learnt about using mindfulness to deal with emotions and thought this was very interesting.

The MBSR course was very helpful for me, it enabled me to understand better why I react on 'automatic pilot' and how I can change this. Catherine's presentation is always kind, knowledgeable and understanding and she gives everyone time to say anything they need to say. The course gives us tools to use in our daily lives and the opportunity to use mindfulness to improve how we are and how we respond to life.

Catherine as been very flexible and arranged that I can come to both in person and online session depending on my family commitments which helped me insuring that I could go through the course. The session were interactive and really nice. The course is well described and help you to understand how can meditation help you a well as planning a daily mindful routine.

An extremely good and helpful course, sensitively run by an excellent teacher who is very knowledgeable, experienced, and empathetic. Catherine’s communication and delivery skills are also excellent so that the course is taught in a way that is engaging and easy to follow.

Catherine is a compassionate and caring teacher. She delivered the course extremely well through the online sessions and printed workbook. It was a supportive non-judgemental space to learn, share and practice mindfulness including the guided meditations. It has given me the tools to bring more kindness and gratitude into my life and to notice when I am being judgemental. I would highly recommend this mindfulness course and Catherine.
