Generally very pleased, though the course was a little shorter than expected as was the assessment. Some American words were used instead of British English. The introduction and module 1 seemed addressed to people visiting the U.K. from other countries.

Richard's approach is very methodical and pragmatic but at the same time personal and insightful. It was one of the best courses I have attended and I believe I will continue to benefit from the things I learned in this course for many years to come. I strongly believe anyone who takes this course will learn something which will have a long lasting positive effect on their lives. Richard was a good listener, which allowed me to share long standing issues with him to work through. It has changed my life for the better. I would recommend this course to everyone.

I really enjoyed the course. I’ve learned a lot about myself and it really changed my state of mind.
