All the elements of the course have been insightful, thorough and informative. Having observed others doing the assessments, and now have been equipped with the knowledge about what, how and why certain steps are taken has been useful. I believe all parts of the course will be transferable to my current role.

Very insightful, interactive, knowledgeable, and above all very patient. No question was insignificant.
