A very well presented and useful course, a long day but very valuable
Really well-delivered and interactive session. The trainer used good anecdotes and analogies to explain difficult concepts.
I had a lot of experience of court however never having given evidence before, it was useful to learn specifically how to manage questioning and cross examination techniques.
The content was important but lack of visuals made it hard to keep focused.
I really enjoyed the level of listening to Barbara speak, and joining in with the course myself. The content was clear, pitched at the right level, without too much legal terminology to learn or understand. It was useful to have farm examples which I could directly relate to. There were ample breaks and lunch time opportunity. I liked looking back on learning objectives noted at the beginning of the day realising I had met them in the course content.
Excellent course, really interesting topics which were all delivered clearly, Fay made the course very engaging!
