Faye quite simply was amazing

Many thanks to Fay for such a detailed and well delivered training day. Your approach was challenging, but rightly so and you explained everything extremely well. It was hugely beneficial to be able to observe each attendees role play, as I was able to learn a lot from each scenario.

I sat this course as part of the CUBS programme and have previously completed the report writing course. Today's training was excellent. Simon Jelf is an outstanding teacher. He is personable and approachable and brought a wealth of experience and insight to a complex subject area.

Very useful and certainly improved my awareness and understandings of civil litigation and what happens in the courtroom. The cross-examination role play, in particular, was extremely well done and very helpful.

Faye was great, thank you.......if anything maybe one or two less in the group would be better so would be less rushed

The session was very useful and informative. I would have preferred a different witness statement example which was a good example of how to write a statement.

Really enjoy these training days, especially as a refresher, I feel as though this time around I understand what is required. As stated above, I now have a better understanding on how importance of statement writing and how to respond as a professional witness.
