An excellent course that has given me the insight into how a tribunal will run, who will be present and how I should address them. The trainer was extremely knowledgeable. It felt like a safe space to practice techniques and ask any questions. I feel far more confident about how to present myself and deal with the pressures of the hearing to ensure I am a good witness.

The host (Simon Jelf) was excellent. Very good at explaining what questions are likely to lead to what, and how to handle them. I even enjoyed the role plays in the afternoon, which I had been dreading. Very informal and comfortable environment.

Despite some technical challenges at the beginning of the day, the course was professionally delivered and very interesting and informative.

It was really good training on a subject that usually makes us very nervous. It has helped us feel more prepared and gain a better understanding of what we might encounter, reducing some of those terrifying feelings.
