The course was excellent and I found great benefits in speaking out loud about some of the issues concerning suicide.

Content is good, although it feels quite static. You spend a lot of time per slide which made me feel that I didn't quite know the point being made actually was. More specific info per slide, but more slides might give it more of a sense of momentum and pace.

The course was very informative however I feel the video demonstration could be more young person centred. The delivery was brilliant and I enjoyed how interactive it was
