Realise, I have just started utilizing their services. They are quite good in regards to how they have presented themselves and the business. They have various online tools that enables us to revise, do the tests and recieve feedback for the questions we have got wrong. I like that I have a 1 to 1 tutor and I can attend the webinars with a different teacher Rachel-Luz who is amazing at what she does. She is punctual, prepared, great time management, takes control , allows us to have a go and guides us when we need support and is a fantastic listener in answering all of my questions. I am able to take everything and it does not feel rushed. I hope I am successful in recieving my level 2 soon.
The day was fine, albeit face-to-face is always better than remote learning. I do feel it would be would be better with fewer attendees, or at least if everyone was at the same level. I found that a lot of the day for me, involved going over areas that I have already completed. I have already taken and passed the Maths Level 1 exam and it would have been better for me to have spent more time looking at Levl 2 questions.
Don't like how the trainer pushes people and needs to read people better and not to go to levels that people aren't
I have only been with Jennifer for one session as I had a different tutor for a few months. After 1 session i feel so much better about maths and Jenn explains things differently and i found the session more enjoyable
Dwight was helpful throughout the day but I need more work explaining all the English terms that are needed to answer the questions
although the trainers are knowledgeable and assist in the training i feel that sometimes communication between the depot and the training organisation is not exactly as expected
