Its distinctive strength is making record keeping’s legal and professional consequences tangible: attendees say knowledgeable, approachable trainers use healthcare scenarios, case studies, role-play and breakout discussions to turn a potentially dry subject into an engaging, practical session. The course clarifies how to write accurate, timely, factual notes, builds confidence and prompts reflection, with learning readily applied to daily clinical and managerial practice. Some attendees find the pace or length a little demanding.
