I was apprehensive at first but the Trainor was very good and I really enjoyed the session and have taken a lot from it and has given me more insight into how record keeping is imperative not just for legal reasons but also for good patient care.

Course tutor was friendly and very knowledgable, did tasks to help understand importance of documentation. I would have liked it to be more specific to our role in terms of documentation on our system and how is best to set out notes.
