Another good session today which was fun, interactive and thought provoking. I loved the Lego exercise.

Sophie is really good and really helps with individual conflicts, I raised an issue with my own self styles and Sophie talked it through and allowed me to reflect on this to support my own development

I felt today went well, I understood and kept up.
