i put 3 stars for clearness because i did not have headphones and at times could not hear what was being said fully

I will certainly be using tools gained from todays training, the only feedback for improvement would be for it to be more number orientated, the only reason for this would be that 99% of our checks are number.

It was an informative and interactive course that made me think about my accuracy skills and gave me some new ways to make improvements.

Logically accuracy should be common sense, but it does take work as demonstrated by course. Some useful ways of looking at it, and improving on daily tasks.

The training was good overall and the activities were interesting and relevant.

Really enjoyed the course, trainer was very engaging and the course had been planned and executed amazingly. would 100% recommend to colleagues etc.

An enjoyable course, the tech worked well and there was a good level of engagement. Going into breakout groups worked well.

Overall, I enjoyed the course and the interactive sessions were great. It is difficult to get a rapport between participants when the course is delivered on ZOOM. I imagine that it is more effective in person. Difficult for Greg F to get engagement from participants when online

I liked having physical materials and the pen with a highlighter on it. The course could've had more interactivity. I thought the preview session was better than the day itself. Maybe it could've had more breakout rooms? The session felt very long despite the breaks, but it was thorough. I will use the skills you've given me.

The trainer and the course was great and i learnt aspects from the course to make me more accurate in work, in just one day its difficult to tailor everything to such a wide variety of industries but the course was useful nonetheless.
