Wonderful and interactive session. I found it quite enjoyable and useful

There are many elements to take away from the course, we are all different and work at different speeds but the course helps to break down and look at things differently

I will be taking away several things from this session that will help me to do my job with more accuracy. Especially the advantage of 3 and 20 minute bursts

I learned a lot from this course. It is very useful for the beginners. The ideas are very good to make a check very easy.

I was very impressed with the course contents and the tools used , I will be using the tools to improve my role in my company and i certainly think they have made an improvement

i put 3 stars for clearness because i did not have headphones and at times could not hear what was being said fully

I will certainly be using tools gained from todays training, the only feedback for improvement would be for it to be more number orientated, the only reason for this would be that 99% of our checks are number.

The course was very good, and the course leader, Greg, did an excellent job of keeping the class engaged. He explained concepts clearly and created a comfortable environment for the group. Breaking us into smaller groups was particularly useful, as it allowed us to share our thoughts and ideas with our peers. I found this helpful because I could hear perspectives I hadn’t considered, and vice versa. The content of the course was very relevant to challenges I’ve faced at work, and the tools and teaching provided have left me feeling much more confident. The skills I gained are directly transferable to my workplace.

I found it really engaging and applicable to my day to day. It was completely stress free and taught some great techniques
