Thank you for teaching us how to read the numbers, I know it sounds funny, but your method was really helpful for us to not to make any errors, key take aways, concentration and reading along with whenever we are typing. Beneficial to our process.

I thought the trainer was excellent, can not fault him at all. However, I did find the learning exercises repetitive at times which made me lose concentration on what we were learning.

I really liked the practical side of it the course, actually putting the techniques into practice as the session went on rather than one big assessment at the end. Pre and post course assessments are a great idea also!

Exercises, although beneficial, felt repetitive and tedious after a while, making concentration and attention levels difficult to maintain

The course helped to pick up on how easily I can make mistakes. Helped develop new methods in transferring data with the use of splitting up digits into 3 and using the rhythm when saying numbers. I also noticed faster pace of work with numbers rather than letters and words.

The course highlighted that alphanumerical data is a weak point of mine when transferring data, which is a data type we work with a lot (diagram numbers and head codes)
