Good day, probably personally at a little bit of an disadvantage because I wouldn't be as familiar with the standards as some others but it was good to get the intense overview. Was a little hard to understand exactly what was required for some of the workbook questions
Very good, informative and most importantly new thinking regards apporaching inspections...
I liked how there were real world examples of threats and risks and how they were dealt with in the factory, I also liked that it was very interactive and kept us interested.
Denis is a fantastic teacher. So engaging and encouraging. This course will improve over time.
Really good course as a place to start on food fraud and adulteration, good reference documents provided, good understanding of how our suppliers should be assessing threats when it comes to food fraud and putting control measures in place. Would like to learn more about specific product categories we should be watching out for, emerging threats in today's world etc.
