Great insights and pointers into legislation and guidance documents in relation to food fraud, food defense.

While the course was focused towards FBO's, as someone who doesnt work in private industry and who works in the analysis of food in the public sector, it was useful for me to be aware of what FBO's are needing to do to ensure authenticity etc to appreciate the bigger picture. Very good references that I will follow up on. Enjoyed the webinar, thank you.
