The course was very good. This was my first participation in HACCP training and I felt the Tutor made the course very relevant to our business. It helped that he knew our roles and was able to incorporate our daily duties in the course.

As mentioned wanted to learn and understand HACCP and this was achieved successfully by the efforts of the Tutor, Zoom isn't the best format but grouping individuals to reduce risk of feedback issues would be the way forward
