Terry was a great mentor, very informative and made the course fun. Learnt a lot and now feel confident when it comes to fire fighting.

Good content - I found the laptops were very old so it caused problems with connecting to our presentation screen.

Very concise & relevant information. Made easy to follow and good interaction with the course leader

Trainer was competent. Material could use some polishing.
