I am satisfied with this course and the teachings I received.

This class was really difficult at first, but Rich Petti made this very easy with his in-depth knowledge about all things ITIL.

Overall, I feel as though this course was beneficial, however, there is a lot to memorize. Only recommend that as ITIL evolves, this course should focus on current and relevant practices, and not what was done back then. Overall, excellent course and a superb instructor.

I would 100% recommend this course to anyone that wanted to step into the realm of IT.

The course was easy because it was explained down to earth.

Chris is an awesome instructor, I would take on all these courses confidently if he was the teacher!

The Course should be three weeks long instead of two. The Reason is that there is a lot of information to retain. The Retainability of the material is a bit time consuming to grasp.

Very happy I had the opportunity to take this class.
