ITIL 4® Foundation (PITG) Reviews

This was an intense course, but with the instructor's help and guidance, the course was understood. The exams seem designed to link multiple choice answers to their corresponding questions. I can memorize this type of format, but I may be missing the overall view of the course. Maybe asking open questions to individual students to see if the class is getting the overall concepts could be beneficial.

Course was great and everyone in the room was great. Memorization is definitely the number one important thing to use!

Very good course to start with, got me back into the study and learn practice. Its been awhile.

Overall, the instructor made the experience easier. I was afraid of failing due to NEVER having to deal with IT or anything related, but I've grasped the basic knowledge and I feel confident going forward.
