excellent course, probably most compitenet trainer ever encountered

This course gave me such an insight into interview techniques and do and donts. Jim was excellent at delivering this course and I hope to see him again- he explained everything clearly and kept the course interesting from start to finish

Excellent course, perhaps a little less focus on witness statements and some more advice on handling difficult interviews would have been useful. I feared that having been in my role for 5 years i would not have gained too much from this course. I am pleasantly surprised how much I have picked up. Thanks
