Excellent! Very engaging. Was able to apply what I learned. Not overly complicated. Delivered with humour. The trainer brought his experience in to the training.

Jim was enaging and created a calm and relaxed environment to learn the complex nature of Investigation Interviews. He presented at a speed which was just right and ensured understanding before moving onto other difficult subjects. This has given me a confidence to conduct Investigation Interviews which will be thorough.
