i had a pace interview training in the past. This one is so much better. I am pleased to provide this reference for Tim who conducted this training . I had the opportunity to observe the session and was highly impressed by his professionalism, adherence to legal protocols, and ability to create a calm, respectful environment for the everyone. There is a fantastic blend of presentation and talking to the trainees. You didn't rely on the slides and used your experience to engage with the audience. Good blend of personal experiences to bolster your points. Really felt like you knew what you were talking about and that you were wiling to part with that experience to better all of our techniques. Role play is always difficult, but for this training I found it really useful to show how to engage with your suspect and witness.
