Engaging and explaining, building a report. Was the best for me

T Kirkham is a very experienced trainer and delivered the training precisely to my needs. He translated questions and terminologies easy to understand. It was a joy to be trained by him.

The course is great, but it feels like the question in the assessment are written in an ambiguous way and over complicate what is being asked of the attendee. Also they are repetative. For example 1 question asking how would a method be used and then another question asking to explain that method in detail.

An excellent trainer. I found the course really engaging and so interesting. The trainer made the training really interactive and fun. He did not just teach to the workbook but reflected on his own knowledge and experiences and hearing him talk about this made the subject matter come to life and it was far easier to understand. I really liked that he also demonstrated in practice the way to carry out interviews. This was so helpful to see and something which I'll remember and try and replicate. This type of training and the way in which it was facilitated will really help embed the learning - Thank you Jim, really enjoyable!
