Very interesting course, the trainer was very engaging and knowledgeable. Helpful to improve interviewing skills. It was mostly relevant to our role and gave us skills which could be used when we interview but was not PPO specific. Left the training feeling more confident in my interview skills.

Excellent course leader, personable and knowledegable

I thoroughly enjoyed the course, it was interesting and relevant to my work. I’ve come away with lots of information and knowledge, I only knocked a point off the above question because I feel like I need to practice putting the skills into practice.

Really good trainer and great teaching style

The delivery style, subject knowledge based on real experience is significantly important. Tim could chat all day and I would listen.

I felt this was a very well managed course with lots of relevant guidance and training from someone who had real life experience in the subject matter. The trainers enthusiasm made it much easier to engage and share experience providing solid credibility to the training.

Very, very useful course. Being able to plan an interview and use various methods to plan an interview and use acronyms that can help with difficult situations and being able to understand the suspects position among other scenarios. In our role we are unlikely to see some of the scenarios proposed but being aware of them and having those skills available will be extremely effective in the future.

I have very little experience of investigative interviewing so very much felt out of my comfort zone. Tim was very encouraging and supportive knowing this information, and responded to all of my questions and worries. The course content I found really interesting and engaging. Even though there was a lot to get through we had regular breaks and I felt like i was able to digest the information. I think this will be very good for my confidence in this role going forward,
